Crunch time at 2am

Its been a few day's now since I saw it but, it still pisses me off thinking about the hit and run that happened outside my window.  How can someone T-bone another car and drive off?  Don't we live in this thing called an organized society?  That being said, I'm pretty sure only guilty people flee, and if they were not guilty of a motor vehicle collision involving another vehicle, then they probably were guilty of something else (maybe drunk...it was 2:00am).  It just makes me sad that people got hurt that day and the culprit didn't have the guts fess up.
